A Sacred Retreat for Women

You've spent years showing up for everyone else.
Now it's time to show up for yourself.
This is a space to tell the truth about your life, remember who you are, and dare to dream again.

A joyful group of women gathered under a large tree in a sunlit garden

Do You Recognize Her?

What if this was your turning point?

There is a particular kind of woman I serve. She has spent years showing up for everyone else: raising families, building careers, caring for aging parents, and carrying the invisible emotional weight that comes with loving people well. She has given generously, loved deeply, and shown up faithfully.

She has done the work. Raised the family. Built something meaningful. And now she is looking up, listening for what comes next. She is not interested in simply filling the days. She wants purpose. Depth. She is ready for her next assignment.

I believe every one of us has one, a next assignment, waiting to be seen. I had the privilege of being with my father all night in the hospital, a few days before he passed. I was terrified I would lose him on my watch. But as the night went on, I noticed his eyes glowing. I asked him, “Dad, what are you seeing?” And he answered, “Honey, I'm seeing my next assignment.”

That moment was powerful, and it was a profound gift to me. It wasn't just his words he left me. It was the understanding that we're never finished becoming who we're meant to be, that this, too, is part of our legacy. Not just what we leave behind, but who we keep choosing to become, right up until the end.

This retreat is that space. A rich weaving of faith, reflection, music, storytelling, and meaningful conversation, where you are invited to tell the truth about where you are, remember who you are, and dare to dream again. Faith is part of my own story, and it's woven naturally into how I hold this space, but it doesn't have to be part of yours. Every woman is welcome here, exactly as she is.

You will step away from the noise and return to what is true. You will leave spiritually grounded, emotionally restored, and ready to step intentionally into the next chapter of a story that is still being written.

“We only have this one precious life.
So let's get to it.”

This Retreat Is For You

You're not behind. You're right on time.

You might be in the middle of a transition, a question, or a quiet ache you can't quite name.
You belong here.

01

From the outside, your life looks like it's working, and it is, in so many of the ways that show. But inside, you're running on empty, and you're tired of being the only one who knows it. Maybe you've gotten so good at holding it together that even you forget how much you're carrying.

02

You feel a pull toward something more, a deeper purpose you can't quite name yet. Maybe it shows up as a quiet restlessness, or a question you keep setting aside because life doesn't leave room for it. Whatever it looks like for you, you're ready to stop ignoring it.

03

Maybe it's grief, or a marriage that's shifting, or kids who still need you but somehow need you less. Maybe it's a career you've outgrown, or a version of yourself you can't quite find anymore. Whatever has changed the shape of your days, you're ready to find your footing again.

“The next chapter of your life is waiting to be written. Sometimes all it takes is the space, and the courage to begin.”

The Retreat Journey

Three movements. One transformation.

Every retreat follows a purposeful arc: not a rigid schedule, but a living process designed to meet you where you are and move you gently forward.

I

Reflect

Finally, you can exhale

Here you'll set it down, through honest conversation, teaching that meets you where you are, and the quiet work of remembering who you were before the noise. This is the exhale you didn't know you were holding.

II

Refine

Walk away with what actually changes things

You will receive practical tools rooted in both science and soul that Leighanne likes to call 'Healthy Mind Management.' These are tools that you will carry with you long after the retreat ends.

III

Reimagine

Step Boldly Into Your Next Chapter

You'll close the retreat with a clear personal vision, specific intentions, and a community of women who see you fully, ready to live your next chapter on purpose, not by default.

“I believe every season of life holds the potential for something beautiful.

Even this one.
Especially this one.

I have watched women arrive at a season they didn't choose, carrying more than anyone knew, and leave having found something they didn't know they were missing. That is what I get to do. That is what this retreat is for. There is still so much ahead of you, and I would be honored to help you step into it.

What You'll Discover

You'll leave differently than you arrived.

Not because you escaped your life. Because you'll return to it with greater clarity, deeper peace, and practical tools that help you continue the work long after the retreat is over.

Here's what that looks like:

A quieter mind.

Learn simple coaching tools that help you recognize anxious thinking, challenge limiting beliefs, and respond with intention instead of reactivity.

A stronger connection with God.

Experience spiritual practices that create space to listen, reflect, and reconnect, not through pressure or performance, but through relationship.

Greater self-awareness.

Begin to understand the patterns that have been quietly shaping your decisions, relationships, and sense of self.

Women who understand.

There's something powerful about being fully seen without needing to prove yourself. The connections formed here often continue long after the retreat ends.

A renewed sense of possibility.

When the noise quiets, hope has room to return. Many women leave remembering something they thought they had lost, themselves.

Support that continues.

You'll have a follow-up coaching call with Leighanne after the retreat, a chance to talk through what's shifted and what comes next. You won't go home and figure it out alone.

You won't leave with another notebook full of inspiration. You'll leave knowing your next step.

Leighanne won't tell you who to become. She'll create the space, ask the questions, and offer the tools that help you discover that for yourself.

Because lasting transformation doesn't come from someone else's answers. It comes from reconnecting with your own wisdom, your faith, and the woman you've been becoming all along.

What Women Are Saying

From the women who've made the journey.

Leighanne has the ability to tap into what is happening in my soul, and to encourage me in ways I never imagined. She stirs in me a yearning to be my most authentic self.

Celeste

Age 67 · New Orleans, LA

Leighanne taught me that emotional regulation isn't about avoiding the hard things. It's about learning how to be with them and still choose how I show up. She has given me the compassion to hold space for myself and the accountability to take responsibility for my life. I am forever grateful for the woman I'm becoming through this work.

Denise

Age 45 · New Canaan, CT

I came not knowing anyone. I left with women I will know for the rest of my life. There's something that happens in a room Leighanne creates, it's sacred and it's real.

This is it.It's finally your turn.

There's no perfect moment for this. No version of you that's finally ready enough. There's just this invitation, and whether you say yes.

Maybe you've been waiting for permission you were never going to get from anyone but yourself. That day may never come, and it doesn't need to. You just have to be curious enough to come, and willing enough to let something shift.

Discomfort is the currency of your dreams. And when you step out in confidence, even the smallest step, incredible things have a way of happening.

This is your sign. I'd be honored to hold this space for you.
